Erin Hoey Vedic Meditation

“Meditation is the stillness that moves you and the silence that speaks to you.

If your practice isn’t making you more clear, connected & joyful - you might just be missing the point.”

Erin is a mother, Vedic meditation teacher, and facilitator who nurtures individuals to live with deeper inner connection, clarity, and contentment.

With a 10-year career spanning the 'industries of the mind,' she has worked extensively as an occupational therapist and mental health clinician in community and inpatient mental health settings. For the last six years, she has been running her meditation school full-time.

As a truly integrated practitioner and guide, Erin's greatest joy is sharing this simple yet transformative practice with those who sense meditation could support their mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

Erin teaches regular group courses in person and online. She facilitates retreats Australia-wide and runs regular workshops and advanced training.

Everything she offers is an invitation to liberate and explore one's Self and re-engage with fresh, more meaningful perspectives on living.

Erin offers her articulate expertise, depth and poeticism to her teachings, balanced with her down-to-earth humour and a solid inclination to 'keep things real,' always creating an atmosphere where you truly feel engaged, inspired and supported.

Currently based on Walyalup country (Fremantle), Western Australia.

  • Meditation is for everyone

    Meditation is for all people.

All ages. All beliefs. All lifestyles. All types of minds. Even if you think you can’t – I assure you, I’ll have you meditating from the very first session. I teach everyone from SAS veterans, doctors, parents, creatives, athletes, yogis, tradies & children.

  • Mind Matters

Your mind is your most essential resource because every moment of your life is perceived and experienced through it! The quality of your mind determines ihe quality of your experience of life.

A meditating mind experiences life differently.

  • Meditation is a gift

The benefits to the life of a meditator are profound. Due to the effortless nature of the technique, it’s surprisingly easy to integrate into one’s schedule, which pays dividends in life far beyond the time investment.

The gifts of the practice ripple across our lives, making us more present, and available for where it matters most.

  • Meditation is wisdom

True wisdom connects you with the innate intelligence of your mind and body.

Modern day health hacks barely skim the surface, the wisdom of meditation will serve you for life.
