Vedic Meditation

Practised by thousands of people with busy dynamic lives the world over Vedic Meditation is a simple, natural, ancient technique that absolutely anybody can do.

Vedic Meditation uses a particular type of mantra (mind vehicle), to trigger deep rest (deeper than sleep) in the mind and body. You simply sit comfortably, close your eyes for 20 minutes and let the mantra, and the body's own healing intelligence, do the work for you.

Meditation shouldn’t feel like just another thing on your endless list of to-dos. I teach meditation that doesn’t demand space in your busy schedule – it creates it.
