5 Things That Surprise New Vedic Meditators

Read on to discover 5 things about Vedic meditation that surprise and delight new meditators.

1.

You can meditate anywhere. Our meditators are meditating in a variety of places every day: in their car between meetings or before school pick-up, in a meeting room at work, in your bed, on your couch, on a park bench during your lunch break. It’s all about practicality and real world consistency.

2.

No uncomfortable postures or sitting positions. No sitting cross-legged — unless you want to. Vedic meditation is practiced sitting comfortably with your back supported.

3.

Noise is no barrier to deep or effective meditation. That you can meditate with noise around you; kinds playing in the next room; your partner sleeping next to you; or your neighbour’s lawnmower going. Vedic meditation is silent, so it won’t disturb others. We teach you to meditate and gain benefits even with life and household noise around you.

4.

Resit my course for free, whenever you need. This is a gift to our meditators. Your practice slips away for a while? No problem. Register again and allow yourself to be re-motivated, expanded and re-inspired.

5.

How good it feels. People are often surprised that it feels good and they actually want to meditate again, and again. Most meditators come to even miss or crave their practice if they skip it for a few days. And … most of my students come to me thinking they’d never be the type of person who would actually meditate, let alone enjoy it They delight in being proved wrong!
